Negotiate terms and coverage options with insurance providers, ensuring optimal value for clients while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and other legal standards. Present complex benefits information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, utilizing excellent communication skills to educate clients on available options. Manage sales administration tasks such as preparing proposals, processing enrollments, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and benefit plans. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones through targeted outreach efforts. Provide ongoing customer service support by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering guidance on benefits administration processes. Stay informed about industry updates, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in insurance sales and benefits management to continuously enhance your expertise. Skills Proven experience in outside sales or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to analyze complex data for strategic decision-making. Exceptional communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse client bases. Strong understanding of benefits administration processes, HIPAA compliance requirements, and customer service best practices. Proficiency in sales tools, marketing strategies, and sales administration software to streamline workflows. Ability to conduct effective telemarketing campaigns while maintaining professionalism and rapport-building techniques. Knowledge of the insurance industry landscape with an emphasis on employee benefits programs and benefits administration systems.
