The Role:
The Part-Time Temporary Benefits Administrator provides ongoing support to the Union Health and Welfare process.
What You Will Do:
Review hours credits applicable to member benefit calculations Determine eligibility and apply coverage subsidies to each member account Review and audit member payments with the Union Trust Extract and process member payments, hire information, contact information, and terminations in the Union Trust administrators web site Finalize payment of member subsidies by coordinating payment with the Union Trust entities and the Company's Accounts Payable department Support and process any enrollment requests with the Union enrollment department Manage debits and credits Provide ongoing support in the administration of Union benefit programs Coordinate with internal departments in creating rosters, cost estimates, and in resolving billing and calculation issues

$30 per hour
Hours:
up to 30 hours per week Between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, but flexible until 5:00 PM
