PM Pay:
$30-$35/hr. DOE We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support benefits administration, leave of absence programs, and employee support initiatives. This role will serve as a key resource for employees and managers regarding benefits, FMLA, ADA accommodations, disability claims, and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, and voluntary benefits. Process enrollments, life event changes, new hire benefits, and terminations. Manage leave of absence programs including FMLA, CFRA, ADA, state leave programs, and disability claims. Coordinate with employees, managers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Support annual open enrollment activities and benefits audits. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, COBRA, and applicable state leave regulations. Provide responsive and professional employee support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, leave administration, or HR operations. Experience administering
FMLA, ADA
accommodations, disability programs, and employee benefit plans. Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, COBRA, and state leave regulations. Experience with HRIS, benefits administration, and payroll systems preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred CEBS certification. Experience supporting a large employee population.
