Under the direction of the Supervisor I (HR Manager), the Workers' Compensation Insurance Representative (HR Professional) will assist with Policy Operations training and supports Corporate Learning initiatives. The WCIR participates in training sessions, helps prepare materials, and assists in the delivery and refinement of curriculum. The WCIR develops skills and knowledge through hands-on experience and collaboration with senior staff, supporting the development of new and existing Policy personnel.

Working Conditions

Selected candidate(s) hired may be required to attend in-person Onboarding at our Vacaville office with expenses for attendance paid by State Fund.

Special Requirements

Effective July 1, 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) which reduces an employee's monthly salary in exchange for leave credits. Employees appointed to this classification will have their monthly salary reduced and will accrue hours of

PLP 2025

on the first day of each pay period in accordance with the applicable bargaining contract. The salary range(s) included on this job posting do not reflect the reduction in pay.
