Locations:
Sunny Rose Senior Living (29620 Bradley Rd, Menifee, CA 92586) & Wildomar Senior Leisure Community (32365 S Pasadena St, Wildomar, CA 92595 ) (Split-time / Commute required) The Benefits Coordinator manages the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs (health, retirement, wellness, and leaves). This role acts as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, balancing strong data accuracy with a helpful, employee-first approach.
Key Responsibilities Benefits Administration:
Handle day-to-day enrollments, changes, and terminations in the HRIS; coordinate annual Open Enrollment.
Employee Support:
Guide new hires through onboarding options and resolve day-to-day questions regarding claims, deductions, and coverage.
Leave & Compliance:
Manage FMLA, disability, and worker's comp claims while ensuring compliance with ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
Billing & Auditing:
Reconcile monthly insurance invoices against payroll deductions to ensure accuracy. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience with benefits administration. Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex plans simply. High level of discretion for handling confidential health and financial data.
