Job Description

) Experience administering employee benefits programs, life events, and open enrollment Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems and maintaining accurate employee data Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism Customer centric mindset and positive attitude to provide responsive support and an excellent employee experience Preferred Criteria Experience with HRIS implementation or optimization, configuring workflows and processes to streamline data entry and reporting Experience with multi-state employment law Global benefits administration Knowledge of ERISA and 401(k) compliance and filings The position will be located onsite at our facility in Mountain View, California. This position requires access to information that is subject to U.S. export controls.
