Description Junior Benefits Coordinator Job Description Growing organization seeking a Junior Benefits Coordinator to assist with employee benefits administration and support employee inquiries. Responsibilities
+ Process benefits enrollments and changes
+ Maintain benefits records and tracking reports
+ Assist employees with benefits questions
+ Coordinate with insurance providers and vendors
+ Support open enrollment activities Requirements Requirements + 1+ years of HR, benefits, or administrative experience
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Experience with Microsoft Excel
+ Excellent customer service skills
