School Based Health Center Volunteer- Roosevelt La Clinica de La Raza - 3.5 Oakland, CA Job Details Volunteer 2 hours ago Qualifications Entry level Full Job Description Who we are : La Clínica de La Raza is a community-based health center committed to providing culturally appropriate, high-quality, and accessible health care to the diverse communities of the San Francisco Bay Area. Volunteers will be on the school site providing the following services:

Responsibilities :

Calling families of students regarding Covid boosters and vaccinations Being able to answer questions regarding Covid vaccine and booster requirements Contract tracing Calling families of students regarding updating necessary school vaccinations Collecting student consent forms and other student PHI upon request of school or program May be requested to volunteer at other SBHC sites in

Alameda County Requirements :

Minimum volunteering requirement of once a week for four months Fingerprinting is required and will be provided by La Clinica
