Coordinate with Operations, Payroll, HR, Safety, and external claims partners. Assist with modified duty assignments and return-to-work efforts. Support Temporary Transitional Employment (TTE) coordination when needed. Track open claims, follow-up items, restrictions, and return-to-work status. Escalate issues impacting employee recovery, return-to-work efforts, or operational effectiveness. Participate in claim reviews, training initiatives, and process improvement efforts. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation, claims administration, HR, leave administration, employee relations, safety, compliance, or a related field. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong attention to detail and documentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Workers' compensation experience. Experience supporting field operations, transportation, warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments. Experience coordinating return-to-work or modified duty programs. Experience working with claims systems, RMIS platforms, HRIS systems, or case management tools. Experience partnering with multiple departments to resolve employee issues and operational challenges. Why Join the Claims Team? Help build and shape a growing department. Play a meaningful role supporting Temco employees during critical moments. Partner directly with Operations, HR, Payroll, Safety, and leadership. Gain exposure to employee relations, leave management, return-to-work programs, accommodations, and claims operations. Opportunity for professional growth as the Claims function continues to expand.
