Meet the Carrier Management Team The Carrier Management Team plays an important role in keeping our insurance accounting operations running smoothly when it comes to our insurance carrier relationships. We work closely with insurance carriers, brokers, and internal accounting teams to ensure information is accurate, complete, and routed correctly. The team is collaborative, supportive, and known for sharing knowledge and helping one another succeed. About the Role The Carrier Team Service Analyst is a service‑driven role for individuals who enjoy helping others, researching information, and following through on assigned work. This is not a traditional support or issue‑resolution position. Analysts manage assigned cases and structured, research‑based assignments that require organization, attention to detail, and professional communication. The role supports insurance carrier relationships on behalf of accounting by managing complex or layered assignments that require deeper review, documentation validation, and thoughtful escalation when needed. What You'll Do
  • Research and manage escalations, including carrier assistance requests and missing or incomplete commission documentation, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with insurance carriers and brokers to provide accounting teams with current and reliable information
  • Collaborate closely with team members on complex or layered assignments, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Identify trends or recurring challenges and share insights, recommendations, and ideas for process improvement
  • Deliver a consistently high level of service in all interactions, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to team and organizational goals What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in a servicing or support‑focused team environment providing assistance and follow‑through
  • A professional certificate in business or a related field, or a degree (preferred)
  • Strong research and analytical skills with a proactive approach to owning work through resolution
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in both email and phone interactions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet service‑level expectations
  • A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with a genuine interest in shared success Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $24.
50 - $28.50 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
