Job Description
- Research and manage escalations, including carrier assistance requests and missing or incomplete commission documentation, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with insurance carriers and brokers to provide accounting teams with current and reliable information
- Collaborate closely with team members on complex or layered assignments, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment
- Identify trends or recurring challenges and share insights, recommendations, and ideas for process improvement
- Deliver a consistently high level of service in all interactions, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness
- Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to team and organizational goals What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a servicing or support‑focused team environment providing assistance and follow‑through
- A professional certificate in business or a related field, or a degree (preferred)
- Strong research and analytical skills with a proactive approach to owning work through resolution
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in both email and phone interactions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet service‑level expectations
