Payroll & Benefits Administrator Job Description:
PrideStaff Financial is partnering with a local health and wellness business in Roseville, CA, seeking a temporary, part time Payroll & Benefits Administrator. The Payroll & Benefits Administrator will fill in for the HR Director during a medical leave of approximately 2-3 months, with the potential to extend or transition into a permanent position. The Payroll & Benefits Administrator will manage Payroll for slightly more than 100 employees, ensuring accurate pay codes, schedule alignment, and strict compliance with California payroll requirements and laws. The ideal Payroll & Benefits Administrator has extensive Paylocity and payroll experience, a proven track record of managing a high-volume of employees, and thorough knowledge of California payroll and benefits regulations. The Payroll & Benefits Administrator position is a part time, temporary position in Roseville, CA.
Payroll & Benefits Administrator Duties & Responsibilities:
Review Timecards For Missed Punches, Unusual Hours, Overtime, Differentials, PTO Issues, & Missing Approvals Follow up Directly With Supervisors & Employees to Obtain Corrections Entering & Verifying Payroll Adjustments Creating & Auditing Payroll Batches in Paylocity Preparing Payroll Variance Reports For Internal Review Processing Payroll After Receiving Final Approval From Management Assisting With Reconciliations, Reporting, & Payroll Issues as

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, HR or Related Field Preferred But Not Required 2+ Years of Payroll & HR Experience Previous Paylocity Experience Highly Desired Excellent Knowledge of California Employment & Payroll Compliance Demonstrates Excellent Time Management & Attention to
