Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to service will play a vital role in ensuring client materials, benefit resources, and agency operations remain accurate, timely, and well-managed. In this role, you'll partner closely with Account Executives, agency leadership, producers, and communication teams to support client renewals, benefit administration, operational processes, and agency initiatives. You'll be a valued team member who helps ensure clients and internal stakeholders have the resources and support they need to succeed. How You'll Make an Impact Create and maintain employee benefit guides that help clients understand and utilize their benefits offerings. Upload, organize, and maintain enrollment materials and benefit documentation within Employee Navigator and other client enrollment platforms. Develop and update client benefit landing pages during renewals and throughout the plan year to ensure information remains accurate and accessible. Prepare, maintain, and distribute ERISA Wrap Plan Documents to support client compliance needs. Execute pre-designed email marketing campaigns for designated client and prospect audiences. Conduct routine audits of client documents, identifying and correcting discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Support agency licensing, carrier appointments, and administrative activities that contribute to operational efficiency. Provide administrative assistance to Agency Principals and support the upkeep of individual life insurance and other producer-managed policies. Who You Are Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Detail-oriented and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work. Service-focused, approaching clients and colleagues with professionalism, responsiveness, and empathy. A strong communicator who conveys information clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats. Collaborative and team-oriented, with a willingness to support colleagues across the agency. Resourceful and proactive when solving problems and navigating changing priorities. Comfortable learning new systems and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and accuracy. Committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
What You Bring Day One:
High School Diploma or GED. 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, administration, insurance agency support, or a related business support role. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and utilize agency technology platforms and CRM systems. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality and service. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound professional judgment.
Valuable Additions:
Bachelor's degree. Bilingual in Spanish and English. Experience working within an insurance agency, employee benefits consulting environment, financial services organization, or other professional services setting. Experience supporting employee benefits administration, client renewals, or enrollment platforms such as Employee Navigator. Familiarity with agency licensing, carrier appointment processes, or compliance-related documentation.
