Contract Job Duties:
Work with our Compensation Business Partner team, Talent Acquisition team, and HRBPs to advise and influence business leaders in compensation strategy, programs and issues while balancing business acumen, reward expertise and relationship skills. Drive identification, assessment and execution of ongoing compensation process improvement. Work with cross-functional teams and leadership to understand business goals and recommend/implement new approaches, policies and processes to effect continual improvements in compensation programs Collaborate with Compensation Analytics & Design in the execution and delivery of client's compensation programs. Identify inefficient compensation processes and improve them.
Job Requirements:
6+ Years of Broad-based Compensation experience 3+ Years of Sales Compensation experience Ability to present complex concepts and analysis into simple, compelling recommendations. Engage with senior management in Sales and TA Process improvement and project management Compensation benchmarking Technical Skills Advanced data modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets). Ability to synthesize complex, high-volume transactional data into clear, high-level business conclusions. Experience with modern commission software (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Spiff, Xactly) and CRM tools (Salesforce). Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
Schedule:
Morning Shift 8 AM - 5 PM 40 hours/Week (Flexible)
Pay:
$55.00 - $59.00 per hour
