Job Description

Willkie is seeing an Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associate with 3 - 6 years of experience. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex compensation and benefits matters, including in connection with large change in control transactions (including, public and private equity transactions, bankruptcies, asset sales, IPOs and financings). Experience representing public companies in connection with the disclosure of executive compensation preferred. Willkie Farr & Gallagher is an Equal Opportunity employer.
