POSITION
Dispute Resolution Representative II Position Type:
Temporary/Temp-Hire Schedule :
M-F, 8:00 am•5:00 pm;
Onsite Assignment Length:
Approximately 3•4 Months, possibly longer.
DESCRIPTION
Our client is looking for a highly motivated lien negotiator for their disupte resolution team. Candidates must have minimum 1 year of experience in California workers' compensation lien negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage account inventory Create plans of action and status reports Analyze and develop legal arguments for lien negotiations Review and summarize medical reports Telephone negotiations with providers Communicate professionally with clients and providers Prepare legal exhibits Make telephone court appearances at lien conferences
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of the California Labor Code statutes, Rules and Regulations, case law, and California fee schedules Understanding of WCAB policies, procedures, and legal terminology Excellent verbal and writing skills Able to work under pressure Enjoy working within a team setting IEA certificate of Certificate of Self Insurance a plus INDH
