This consultant will serve as the organization's subject matter expert for ADA compliance and reasonable accommodations, helping manage incoming accommodation requests while enhancing the overall program structure. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience navigating complex accommodation cases, improving policies and workflows, and training internal teams on best practices. This is a highly visible, part-time opportunity where the consultant will partner directly with leadership to strengthen accommodation processes and ensure a best-in-class employee experience.
