Monday-Friday, 100% Onsite About the Opportunity We are partnering with a growing Denver-based organization to hire an experienced Benefits Analyst to join its HR team. This person will take ownership of benefits administration for a large, multi-state employee population and work closely with HR and Payroll leadership. This is an immediate need with Open Enrollment approaching in November , so we are looking for someone who can step in quickly, learn the environment, and independently take ownership of the benefits function. The position is initially a contract opportunity with the potential to become long-term for the right person. Compensation & Perks $35-43/hr Monday-Friday schedule 100% onsite in Denver, CO 80236 Opportunity to work directly with HR and Payroll leadership Potential for a long-term or permanent opportunity Immediate start What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact and subject matter expert for employee benefits Administer medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life, AD&D, disability, and employee wellbeing programs Manage benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and deductions within ADP Reconcile benefits reporting and ensure accurate information is provided to Payroll Take a leading role in Open Enrollment , including preparation, employee communication, enrollment support, and final audits Answer employee benefits questions and resolve escalated issues Partner with benefits brokers, carriers, and other vendors Administer FMLA, state and company leaves, and disability-related leaves Manage Workers' Compensation claims and carrier coordination Conduct benefits audits and identify discrepancies or compliance concerns Maintain benefits documentation and help improve existing processes Partner closely with HR and Payroll in a deadline-driven environment Who We're Looking For 5+ years of Benefits Administration experience Experience independently owning a broad benefits function Experience supporting 500+ employees required , with experience supporting 1,000+ employees strongly preferred Multi-state benefits experience ADP experience required Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
