Job Description
- Design and administer comprehensive compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and commission structures tailored for luxury retail environments.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to align programs with business objectives and brand values.
- Work autonomously to develop recommendations, troubleshoot problems, and deliver accurate compensation insights with minimal supervision. Commission Plan Development
- Create and evaluate commission structures for showroom and boutique colleagues to incentivize client engagement and sales excellence.
- Monitor effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on market trends and performance data. Market Benchmarking & Analysis
- Conduct multi-state market pricing and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning.
- Prepare compensation surveys and provide insights to inform strategic decisions. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Maintain documentation and audit processes for compensation programs. Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver actionable compensation reports and dashboards to leadership.
- Analyze pay equity and recommend corrective measures as needed.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager. Essential Experience and Attributes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in luxury retail or similar industry.
- Expertise in total compensation programs, including commission structures and incentive plans.
- Multi-state experience with strong knowledge of compliance requirements.
- Advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency; experience with compensation modeling and analytics.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
