Assist in running data projections and scenario modeling for 2027 merit planning. Perform thorough market analyses to evaluate current job grades against external industry standards. Document internal practices, compensation frameworks, and workflows to establish consistent standard operating procedures. Utilize data integrity best practices to handle sensitive employee compensation details, reviewing job classifications against FLSA guidelines.
