Hybrid Job Summary:

A leading confidential brand is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join its HR team. This role will be responsible for managing payroll, benefits administration, leave management, and various HR operations initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Manage and process payroll accurately and in a timely manner Administer employee benefits and serve as a resource for employee questions Oversee leave management and related documentation Support various HR Operations and employee-related initiatives on an ad-hoc basis Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes are completed efficiently Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed

Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in payroll, benefits, and/or HR operations Experience with TriNet strongly preferred Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
