- Provides analytical and administrative support for incentive compensation programs and processes, including plan design, implementation, administration, and ongoing evaluation.
- Position has in office expectations 5 days a week. Role can sit in Atlanta, GA, Orlando, FL or Charlotte, NC. This is NOT a remote opportunity.

- 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in compensation, human resources, or a related discipline. 3. Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals, including job evaluation and market pricing concepts. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Preferred Qualifications
- 1. Experience in the financial services industry. 2. Progress toward Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation. 3. Experience working with HRIS platforms and compensation data tools.
