We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Benefits Consultant. In this role, you will help businesses enhance their employee benefits packages by consulting with them on available options. Your primary responsibility will be assisting with new account acquisition and guiding clients through our process. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in the insurance and benefits industry. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and weekly educational resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a consultant for businesses, explaining our benefits process and solutions. Assist with new account acquisition through effective communication and outreach. Provide exceptional customer support and ensure a positive client experience. Engage in outbound calls to introduce services and secure new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details. Participate in ongoing training programs and obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (free study materials provided). Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications:

No experience required, though management or sales experience is a plus. Must be willing and able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (we will support you in this process). Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Professional demeanor with the ability to dress in business attire (no jeans).

Requirements:
