As we have continued to grow, specialization of tasks and duties has been highlighted as an opportunity to streamline services for injured workers, insurance adjusters, and physicians. To support our team, we are seeking an individual to that has the desire to grow their career in Workers' Compensation, is highly organized, and can multi-task a variety of communication outlets. This is a full-time (40-hr) position located at our West Des Moines office with hours 8am-5pm (Monday - Friday). Here's What You Can Expect Management and processing all inbound emails and faxes to the Workers' Comp Department and distributing, importing, indexing and labeling received information to appropriate team member Facilitate Workers' Comp communication needs to the appropriate party for proper handling Anticipate prolonged computer-based tasks alongside frequent, professional phone communication with key parties What We're Looking For Prior experience in healthcare administration role, medical records management, and/or workers' compensation intake, preferred Strong organizational, multi-tasking and process-driven skills Ability to communicate (verbally and written) in a professional manner with individuals with varying backgrounds Why DMOS?
