Job Description Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility Enter and manage patient information within company systems Prepare required patient documentation prior to evaluations Support front office teams with insurance and authorization questions Track and monitor patient authorizations as required by insurance plans Communicate insurance benefit information to patients and team when needed Share updates with the team on insurance changes, policies, and processes Support ongoing improvements to systems and workflows Assist with insurance re-verification when needed Perform audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with verification and authorization processes Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare, medical office, or insurance verification preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working with multiple software systems and databases Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members
