High SchoolResponsibilities Administer day-to-day employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and disability coverage. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, life events, and claim escalations. Manage the annual Open Enrollment process, including employee presentations, carrier file transfers, and system setup. Oversee leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, short-term and long-term disability) in accordance with applicable laws. Conduct monthly billing audits and invoice reconciliations across all benefit carriers and vendor partners. Partner with payroll to ensure accurate employee deductions and benefit status changes. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
