Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our organization's security team. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across our facilities by monitoring premises, enforcing safety protocols, and responding promptly to incidents. This role is vital in safeguarding personnel, property, and assets, ensuring operational continuity. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, conflict management abilities, and a commitment to safety standards.

MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY & STATE REQUIRED SECURITY LICENSE

Responsibilities Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, security breaches, or safety hazards. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incident reports. Manage conflict situations professionally, de-escalating tensions and ensuring safety for all parties involved. Maintain detailed incident reports and security logs for future reference and compliance purposes. Utilize surveillance equipment to monitor activity and identify potential threats or loss prevention opportunities. Support loss prevention initiatives by identifying suspicious behaviors and preventing theft or damage. Participate in ongoing training related to security protocols, conflict management, and emergency response procedures. Experience Familiarity with conflict management techniques and emergency response procedures. Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities effectively. Strong observational skills combined with excellent communication abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays as required.
