Job Description:
The Stock Plan Administration Analyst will support the day-to-day administration of iRhythm's global equity compensation programs, helping ensure complete and accurate equity transactions, strong data integrity, timely payroll and reporting support, and high-quality employee experience. This role is part of the Equity Compensation team and will work closely with the Stock Plan Administration Lead, cross-functional partners, and external service providers to support equity awards throughout their lifecycle.
As a key member of the Equity Compensation team, the Stock Plan Administration Analyst collaborates with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and external stock plan service providers to support the administration of equity awards throughout their lifecycle. This role is well suited for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who wants to build specialized expertise in public-company equity compensation and grow into broader ownership of stock plan processes over time.
