ABOUT THIS ROLE

As our full-time Claims Review Analyst, you'll investigate and evaluate internal and external appeals involving benefit determinations, UsualCustomary reductions, discount disputes, and eligibility matters. You'll collaborate with internal review vendors and Independent Review Organizations (IROs) to support a thorough and compliant review process while preparing clear, professional correspondence for providers, members, representatives, and attorneys. Throughout the day, you'll communicate with claims processors, reinsurers, vendors, providers, members, clients, and legal representatives, helping ensure that every appeal is researched carefully and resolved accurately.
