Benefits Specialist:
Administer day-to-day employee benefits for approximately 1,500 employees. Manage benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and employee benefit inquiries. Coordinate FMLA and short- and long-term disability programs. Support and administer 401(k) and retirement plan activities. Maintain accurate benefits information and process transactions through ADP. Work with employees, Payroll, benefit carriers, and vendors to resolve benefit-related issues. Qualifications for the
Benefits Specialist:
3+ years of benefits administration experience. Hands-on ADP experience required. Experience with health and welfare benefits, FMLA/disability, and retirement benefits.
