Serve as the point of contact for our benefits portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance while maximizing value for both employees and the organization. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact employee satisfaction and organizational success through data-driven benefits strategy and exceptional employee service. What You'll Do Support market research and benchmarking studies to evaluate competitive benefits positioning and identify enhancement opportunities Support the design and recommend innovative benefits programs that align with organizational goals and employee demographics, resulting in measurable improvements in employee satisfaction scores Support cost-benefit analyses on proposed benefits initiatives Advise employees and dependents on benefits, liaising with providers to resolve issues while ensuring confidentiality. Anticipate concerns, provide holistic solutions, and escalate as needed. Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement an ongoing, multi-channel benefits communication plan for clarity and engagement beyond annual enrollment. Manage the full-cycle leave of absence process, including medical, family, military, and personal leaves. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws like FMLA and ADA. Handle ADA-related processes and state leave law changes Advise employees and dependents on benefits, liaising with providers to resolve issues while ensuring confidentiality. Anticipate concerns, provide holistic solutions, and escalate as needed. Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement an ongoing, multi-channel benefits communication plan for clarity and engagement beyond annual enrollment. Create and maintain benefits documentation, process guidelines, and other materials. Communicate changes and information about benefits programs to employees. Analyze benefits data to identify trends and propose improvements. Administer and oversee various benefit programs, often including health, dental, and vision plans. Ensure benefits programs comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Other duties. What You Need Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field. 3 to 5+ years of progressive benefits administration experience Strong communication and active listening skills A customer-first attitude and genuine desire to help others Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Deep knowledge of employment regulations (ACA, FMLA, ERISA) Proficiency with HRIS platforms like Workday, UKG, or ADP Professional certifications (SHRM-CP, CEBS) preferred Travel 10% Shift Time 1st Our company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer!
