A Retirement Benefits Analyst is responsible for auditing and analyzing member files for accuracy. This includes, but is not limited to determining eligibility for membership, total years of service, contributions, and retirement eligibility. Applicant must possess a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, critical thinking, and have the ability to meet deadlines. Must be dependable and self-motivated with a good attitude, good organization skills, and the ability to work well with others. This position is a training series, therefore if the employee development is successful, it allows the employee an opportunity to promote to an
RBA 2, RBA
3, and RBA 4. Annual Salary Range for
Position:
$35,069 - $68,806
