care Full Job Description Health Benefits Specialist-Direct Assistance Provider We're adding a new position and looking for someone who is passionate about serving people living with HIV. Must utilize a client-centered approach. Primary job responsibilities include the provision of direct services to our non-case managed/low acuity clients. This includes issuing monthly food cards, initiating requests for housing assistance, arranging transportation, and other forms of direct assistance to client. Desirable job candidates will have knowledge of healthcare coverage options, health literacy, treatment adherence, risk reduction strategies, and community resources.

Educational Requirements:

A high school diploma. A bachelor's degree in a social services field preferred. Knowledge of healthcare resources and HIV.
