Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage enrollment of group and individual life, disability, dental, cancer and health insurance programs. Satisfy client's enrollment needs through presentation, data collection, quotation, application, issuance, and billing. Work with clients to schedule appropriate enrollments to maximize education of product offering to employees. Emphasis is placed on our proven strategies and minimization of client workflow disruption. Conduct enrollment meetings and present voluntary offerings to small and large groups of employees. Meet with individual employees, following the group presentation, to answer questions and accept applications and assist in other managers' enrollments. Coordinate the installation of new enrollees with payroll department and carrier with tracking of individual applications, collection of missing data and reconciliation of billing. Understand client concerns and act as a liaison between the client and carrier to resolve administrative inconsistencies and answer product, application, and billing questions. Respond to incoming calls to quote the individual's insurance options by account. Ensure customer satisfaction by visiting accounts and being present at benefit fairs. Implement and coordinate Employee Navigator onboarding and configuration for new and existing clients. Collaborate with the Employee Navigator build team to configure benefit plans, rates, and eligibility rules. Provide implementation support to clients, including employee enrollment assistance and integration with existing HRIS, payroll, and carrier systems when applicable.Qualifications:
Minimum High School degree Strong presentations skills; strong people skills; strong understanding of individual insurance needs. Make timely decisions in the absence of specific direction Work effectively with team members. Understand group and individual clients' needs Handle difficult customer situations effectively Understand variety of insurance carriers' programs Express complex terminology in an easy-to-understand manner Express ideas clearly in oral communication Apply knowledge to solve client and policyholder problems Learn and use company systemsBenefits:
Compensation:
