Our client is growing its Global Benefits team and looking for an experienced, analytical professional to support multinational clients and their international employee benefits programs. This is an opportunity to join a growing practice, work across global markets, and continue building your expertise in international benefits. What You'll Do Support multinational health, welfare, retirement, and employee benefit programs. Analyze benefits data and prepare reports, benchmarking, presentations, and recommendations. Assist with renewals, compliance audits, global broker RFPs, and multinational pooling. Collaborate with consultants, clients, brokers, carriers, and global partners. Research international benefits regulations and market trends. Manage multiple client projects and deliverables. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience . Knowledge of global benefits and/or international insurance . Client account management or customer success experience. Strong analytical, research, communication, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, multicultural environment. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 1-2 times per year . Insurance licensing, foreign-language skills, and exposure to Finance, Tax, or Legal are beneficial but not required. Why Consider It?
