Our Payroll Specialist is a vital part of making that happen by ensuring every team member is paid accurately, on time, and with compassion and integrity. Who You Are Detail-oriented, discreet, and organized. You love solving puzzles and thrive in fast-paced environments. You know ADP like the back of your hand and can navigate payroll complexities with confidence and care. What You'll Do Process bi-weekly payroll for 400+ employees across multiple locations using ADP Workforce Now Ensure accuracy of employee timecards, pay rates, PTO, and deductions Collaborate with HR and Finance to onboard new hires and manage payroll changes Maintain payroll records in compliance with federal and state regulations Support year-end processes including W-2s and tax filings Respond promptly and professionally to payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers Assist in audits, reporting, corrections, and continuous process improvement projects What You Bring 4+ years of payroll experience , preferably in a multi-site or healthcare setting Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is required Strong understanding of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong Excel skills and general tech-savviness Excellent communication and customer service skills Bonus if you've worked in a veterinary or medical setting!
