EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION ANALYSTSOUTHFIELD, MI - WORLD HQ - IN-PERSON
As a member of the compensation team, the Executive Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, administration, and analysis of executive compensation programs while also supporting the global compensation team on special projects. This role ensures accurate execution of annual and long-term incentive plans, equity programs, and related governance processes while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and supports the Total Rewards leadership through precise execution, data management, and process improvement.
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Program AdministrationAdminister executive compensation programs, including annual bonus and long-term incentive plans.

Coordinate grant processing, vesting schedules, and payouts in alignment with plan documents.

Maintain accurate records in HRIS and equity management systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Fidelity).Analysis & ReportingConduct market benchmarking for executive roles.

Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings as needed, including proxy compensation disclosure and CD&A support.

Compliance & GovernanceEnsure adherence to SEC, IRS, and corporate governance requirements.

Support internal audits and maintain documentation for compliance purposes.

Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with the Total Rewards and HR teams on compensation initiatives and special projects (e.g., Pay Equity, Total Rewards Statements).Serve as a liaison with external vendors for equity administration and survey participation.

Project manage all purchasing requests as related to the role (new vendors, renewals, billing, contracts) and partner with IT and Non-Prod Procurement teams for software and internal approvals.

Partner with Accounting, Payroll, and Internal Audit teams to ensure records are fully audited and documented.

Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities for automation and process enhancements in compensation administration.

Update policies and procedures annually in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Implementation of all lessons learned after annual processes to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in the role.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.2+ years in executive compensation or similar or related experience preferred.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Bonus If You Have:
Knowledge of compensation-related laws and regulations.

Experience with proxy disclosure and executive pay governance.
