Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the employee benefits sector Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry research Present and promote our employee benefits solutions to prospective clients Service accounts to ensure long-term success and retention Collaborate with internal teams to tailor benefit packages that meet client needs Represent Kapnick Insurance professionally, aligning with our Core Values and commitment to excellence
Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school): preferred Successful sales and management record in the insurance industry Must possess good computer skills and the willingness to use technology. Appropriate agent's licenses are required Willing and able to travel as necessary and to attend conventions and other industry meetings if so instructed. Industry specific technical education. Willingness for continued education and professional development is essential.
