Job Description

Job Overview The Senior Compensation Consultant is responsible for designing, maintaining, and administering compensation programs aimed at attracting and retaining world-class talent in a competitive environment. This individual will partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to provide consultative services on all compensation topics and ensure that compensation and total rewards programs are aligned with the business and talent strategies. This role is also responsible for incentive plan administration. Responsibilities Provides strategic consultation to HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation-related matters Conducts job evaluations to ensure jobs are graded appropriately, considering external market analysis, internal equity, and regulatory compliance Oversees system-wide pay grade structures, including development of annual market movement recommendations Collaborates with leaders and finance to design, administer, calculate, and communicate incentive plans. Analyzes compensation program effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvements Required Qualifications Bachelor of Arts Business Administration, Human Resources, or Finance or Combination Education & Experience 8 years Direct Compensation experience, including familiarity with and use of salary surveys, market reviews, incentive plan administration, etc. Broad knowledge of several areas of Human Resources Experience working in a multi-union environment Ability to implement new programs and manage projects Strong analytical and technical skills Proven ability to partner with others outside of area including business partners in human resources and others such as leaders, finance, and IT Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience working with excel, word, power point Preferred Qualifications Master of Arts Business Administration, Human Resources, or Finance Experience with sales compensation Certified Compensation Professional Healthcare industry experience (pharmacy/pbm) Benefit Overview Fairview offers a generous benefit package including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more! The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
