No prior insurance experience is required. Qualified candidates will receive training and assistance with obtaining their Missouri Health & Life Insurance License . About the Role As a Benefits Consultant, you will work directly with individuals and families to educate them on their health and life insurance options and help them find coverage that aligns with their needs, goals, and budget.
