As an independent, non-captive agency contracted with over 200 insurance carriers, our agents have the freedom to recommend coverage based on each client's unique needs rather than being limited to a single provider. No prior insurance experience is required. Qualified candidates will receive training and assistance with obtaining their Missouri Health & Life Insurance License . About the Role As a Benefits Consultant, you will work directly with individuals and families to educate them on their health and life insurance options and help them find coverage that aligns with their needs, goals, and budget. Responsibilities Meet with prospective and existing clients virtually and/or in person Educate clients on available health and life insurance options Review each client's needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Follow up with company-provided leads and scheduled appointments Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development Why Join Compass Health Consultants?
