Job Description

About Bridged Health Alliance Bridged Health Alliance is a Montana-based health and wellness trust created exclusively for Montana public schools.
We exist for one reason:
to make sure every educator, staff member, and their family has access to a benefits plan that honors their work and protects their well-being. Through a statewide, self-insured model, we deliver meaningful cost savings, long-term stability, and a level of personal service our member districts simply can't get anywhere else. Headquartered in Helena, we're a small, high-impact team of seasoned benefits, operations, and health plan professionals who know Montana schools and know this work.
Our size is our advantage:
you'll have direct access to leadership, real ownership over your work, and a clear line of sight from what you do every day to the districts and families who depend on us. Join us as an Operations Specialist I and play a key role in advancing our mission to serve Montana's public school communities. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you'll help keep our benefits administration running smoothly and accurately — supporting member districts, safeguarding data integrity, and making sure our participants get clear answers when they need them most. Job Summary The Operations Specialist I manages day-to-day benefits administration systems, including COBRA and retiree healthcare plans, and associated district and member communications. This role troubleshoots system issues, supports data accuracy and integrity, and assists member school districts with complex benefit questions while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
