What You ll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience Experience 3+ years of LOA and/or ADA experience in a large complex organization Skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold high professional standards Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects and tasks Ability to prioritize and organize effectively in a fast paced environment Ability to manage time-sensitive issues with minimal supervision Ability to work effectively within a team Attention to detail and analytical skills for compiling and interpreting data Clear verbal and written communication skills Presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to provide quality service to internal and external customers Knowledge of leave administration, including FMLA and ADA Knowledge of employment laws related to leave of absence Knowledge of FMLA, ADAAA, benefit administration, corporate HR, and enterprise business Ability to make independent decisions in daily operations Strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels Ability to work a flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends, and holidaysBenefits
