Job Description

Position Summary Assist with the onboarding process including completing all new hire paperwork requirements and drug screenings in Century's home office. Assist new hires with enrolling in company benefits programs. Provide administrative support to corporate accounting reviewing expense reports for accuracy. Essential Functions/Duties Complete expense entries Complete payroll entries & reports by Monday morning at 10 am Provide administrative support to corporate accounting reviewing expense reports for accuracy. Assist Employment Manager (EM) with onboarding new hire candidates o Including completing drug screening o I-9 forms & collecting copies of all required documents o Assist employees with completing insurance enrollments

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

High school diploma or GED certificate Associate degree or some college preferred Administrative or clerical experience preferred Experience with Microsoft Office & Adobe DC Professional Strong computer proficiency required Organizational and time management skills Positive & cooperative attitude Basic math skills Motivated and able to work Independently Calm and professional appearance Working Conditions/Physical Effort Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach as needed in a standard office environment. Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull office materials, supplies, files, and small packages weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally. Climb stairs, bend, twist, squat, kneel, and extend arms for reach at times. Heavier items should be moved with assistance or appropriate equipment. Work in shop or warehouse occasionally, some exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and noise. Must be able to safely access all areas of property, buildings, structures, and other occasional elevated positions. Must be able to effectively use all required PPE equipment.
