This crucial role will manage various functions to ensure smooth daily operations. This position will be responsible for benefits, leave administration, workers compensation, employee relations, and compliance. You'll be a key resource for employees and management, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.
On-site Role Responsibilities:
Administer benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, 401k, etc.) and ensure compliance. Manage leave administration (FMLA, STD, LTD, ADA, Workers' Comp). Advise and assist both management and employees on various employee-related issues and concerns Maintain HRIS data and ensure compliance with employment laws. Assist with the development and management of internal HR systems and policies Foster strong relationships across all departments to support employee relations and provide counseling as needed. Provide guidance on HR best practices and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or combination of experience and certifications in lieu of a degree 7+ years of progressive HR experience. Prior HR experience in the healthcare field preferred Sound business acumen with a demonstrated understanding of employment law Action-oriented with the ability to think strategically and act tactically PHR/SPHR or
SHRM-CP/SPHR
