Senior Benefits & Mobility Consultant Soni Resources Group - 4.2 Somerset, NJ Job Details Temp-to-hire $55 - $70 an hour 4 days ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Benefits strategy management Vendor relationship management Full Job Description Soni is partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Benefits and mobility professional to provide senior-level support across benefits administration, vendor management, and ongoing employee programs. This person will work closely with HR leadership and a small internal team, helping manage day-to-day benefits activity while supporting broader projects and process improvements. The role will begin on a temporary basis with potential for permanent conversion.
Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day employee benefits programs Manage relationships with benefit carriers and vendors Help resolve more complex benefits questions and escalations Support benefits projects and program improvements Partner with HR leadership and internal stakeholders Provide guidance and support to the broader team Assist with compliance, employee communications, and special projects
Requirements:
Strong employee benefits experience Experience working with benefit carriers and vendors Comfortable managing complex benefits programs Strong communication and organization skills Ability to work independently and step in quickly Experience within a mid-size or larger organization
Preferred Skills:
Prior Benefits Manager or Senior Benefits experience Experience supporting carrier changes or vendor evaluations Team leadership or mentoring experience Broader Total Rewards exposure
Compensation:
$55 - $70 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications. #SONICNJ
