Winston Benefits, a Brown & Brown company, is in search of a Client Solutions Analyst to join their team. The Client Solutions Analyst supports clients by documenting requirements, designing, and configuring the benefits system to meet client enrollment and administration needs. The CSA will implement and maintain client business rule requirements and setup of portals via configuration on some of the more complicated and high-profile cases.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Identify client's needs to determine impact on the system and to find solutions around system limitations. Recommend system solutions to clients during the Open Enrollment process. Implement/Maintain Client Business Rules Requirements. Implement/Maintain Client setup and Portals via Configuration. Configure the system based on business requirements including: Benefit Plans, Coverage Tiers, Premium Factors, Rates Employee Classes, Departments, Worksites Eligibility, Waiting Periods Billing Groups, Payroll Calendars, Payroll buckets Design and create portal enrollment transactions based on business requirements including: Transaction groups, steps, and plans Confirmation Statement configuration Step Header/Footer text Eligibility, effective dates, and enrollment dates Verify client(s) benefit configuration setup information for accuracy.
Implement inbound/outbound vendor files:
demographic and deduction. Actively participate in internal testing for new enhancements and releases for HRally. Coordinate new functionality in the benefits system with product development and developers. Research/Troubleshoot client inquiries regarding system and process issues. Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor's degree; required 3-5 years of technical experience; required Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; required Experience interpreting business requirements; required Knowledge or experience working with configurations; required Basic/Beginner SQL knowledge; preferred Benefits experience a plus Pay Range 65000 - 70000 Annual The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
