$115,000+ depending on experience Seeking an experienced HR Benefits Specialist to oversee employee benefits and leave programs for a large organization supporting both hourly and salaried employees across the U.S. and Canada. This role requires extensive benefits and leave management experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees, HR teams, vendors, and senior leadership.

ResponsibilitiesAdminister employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, wellness, and leave programs.

Manage benefits enrollment, eligibility changes, new hire enrollment, annual open enrollment, and employee benefit inquiries.

Oversee leave administration and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Manage benefits vendors, audits, reporting, employee communications, and ongoing benefit program improvements.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of experience in benefits and leave management, ideally supporting both hourly and salaried employees across the U.S. and Canada.

Strong knowledge of benefits and leave regulations, including ACA, FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ERISA; experience with ADP Workforce Now or ADP Lyric is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership; manufacturing and union experience are a plus.
