As our team continues to grow, we're looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our Las Vegas office as Benefits Enrollment Specialists . Position Summary The Benefits Enrollment Specialist works directly with individuals who are exploring health insurance coverage. You'll speak with prospective clients, learn about their needs, explain available health insurance options, and help guide them through the enrollment process. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide training and ongoing support to help you learn the industry and develop the skills needed to succeed. What You'll Do Speak with prospective clients about their health coverage needs Explain available health insurance plans and benefits in a clear and professional manner Help clients understand their options and determine which coverage may fit their situation Assist clients throughout the selection and enrollment process Follow up with prospective and existing clients as needed Maintain accurate records of conversations and client information in our CRM Work closely with team members to provide a smooth and positive client experience What We're Looking For Strong communication and listening skills Friendly and comfortable speaking with people by phone Professional, dependable, and motivated Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups Coachable with a positive attitude Willingness to learn about health insurance products and the enrollment process Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or another people-facing role is helpful but not required. Work Environment In Office | Full-time | Las Vegas, NV This is an in-office, phone and computer based position. You'll work alongside a supportive team while communicating with individuals who are reviewing their health insurance options. This is not a door-to-door or field sales position.
