Job Description

We are looking for a Benefits Analyst to support employee benefits administration for a manufacturing organization in Bayport, Minnesota. This is a Long-term Contract position focused on analyzing benefit programs, coordinating with external insurance partners, and helping ensure accurate, responsive support for employees and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in benefits operations, careful attention to detail, and the ability to manage benefit-related processes with consistency and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer day-to-day benefits activities, including enrollment support, plan updates, and issue resolution across assigned programs.
  • Partner with third-party insurance providers and other external administrators to address eligibility, coverage, and claims-related questions.
  • Review benefits data and documentation to identify discrepancies, support reporting needs, and improve accuracy in ongoing administration.
  • Coordinate processes related to flexible spending arrangements, including dependent care FSA activity, employee inquiries, and vendor communication.
  • Assist with benefits analysis by evaluating program information, tracking trends, and preparing summaries for HR or business stakeholders.
  • Provide timely guidance to employees on available benefit options, policy details, and required enrollment or status-change actions.
  • Maintain organized records and help ensure benefits procedures align with company guidelines and applicable requirements.
  • Support benefits-related operational updates or process changes, including adjustments tied to systems, vendors, or internal workflows when needed.
