This role is critical in ensuring competitive compensation strategies and fostering strong partnerships with management to align with organizational goals. Responsibilities:
Manage the administration and execution of salary structures and total rewards programs. Collaborate with managers to support wage planning and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Conduct detailed analyses of compensation data to maintain market competitiveness. Oversee the processing and distribution of compensation-related documents and payments. Provide insights and recommendations to improve total rewards strategies. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation. Develop and maintain tools and resources to streamline compensation processes. Partner with HR teams to support employee understanding of compensation and benefits offerings. Monitor industry trends to adapt and enhance current compensation practices. Proven experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data and trends. Familiarity with wage planning and salary structure development. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with managers and teams. Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance in compensation and benefits. Proficiency in using compensation management tools and software. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
